You aren't in Toei's target market. Toei wants to sell it to the same demographic as in Japan, which (at least in their eyes) entails a fair degree of localization(or dropping episodes entirely, if they fail to make sense without the Japanese cultural context). If they can't sell it as a major kids' brand, they're going to take their ball and go home. The only way they might allow an unadulterated release is if the localized version avoided cuts to the episodes that would throw off the original audio track.

Cool news. It would be cool if they pick up Magical DoReMi and Beet the Vandel Buster for this label.
