Instant popularity increase of both characters. Reminds me when Tomokazu Seki said that he never was in Dragon Ball, and now Tomokazu Sugita managed to get to voice a DB character.

There was in recent years a good bunch of addition of female character such as:

-Towa from Online/Heroes/Xenoverse and Chronoa from said games
-Android 21 from FighterZ
-Tights the sister of Bulma that was added in the manga Jaco and Dragon Ball Minus as well as Gine the mother of Goku.
-Caulifla, Kale and Ribrianne and others that I can dive into regarding the tournament of power so we have for Universe 2 (Ribrianne, Kakunsa, Rozie, Vikal and GoD Heles) for Universe 4 (Caway, Dercori and Monna) for Universe 6 (Caulifa, Kale and Angel Vados) For Universe 9 (Sorrel and Hopp) for Universe 10 (Lilibeu and Angel Cus) for Universe 11 (Cocotte and Angel Marcarita)

So with Chirai we have 23 women being added into the Lore of Dragon Ball. Which is something.

Anyway Chirai is Instant Waifu for me because Hinata Nana Mizuki voice.

Always loved Nana Mizuki ever since she did the opening song for Wild Arms 5, Justice to believe.
