Thanks god! hopefully he'll focus on Danchigai now and release chapters more frequently.

I think it's fine, people might don't like it because the self insert MC isn't the protagonist,but I find it quite enjoyable. The problem I had with it is that it was affecting the release schedule of Danchigai 4-kuma which is one of my favorite manga of all time.
