Does anyone know whatever happened to that announced one-shot license about monstergirl sex-tourism?

It was News here in 2017 and the plot was about a fantasy-world equivalent of a group of heterosexual male sex tourists (some of whom were monsters themselves) who visit various brothels with monstergirl prostitutes and write Performances Reviews about the Girls they mate with, in MonsterGirlEncyclopedia-style profiles.

That's Interspecies Reviewers, and Yen Press is releasing it in November.
