Beastars, finally!!

I do really hope that it gets an anime adaptation sometime. I would love to see her art style actually animated, it's so neat and cartoony.

Happy to get komi-sama in the west..that;s a good license crab and good slice of life/romance/comedy series.

I still am hoping for an anime one day but this is just as good.

Didn't this get announced a few months ago alreadt? I THOUGHT i had read about it here, but searching the site is giving me nothing. Maybe i saw something somewhere else because i had thought it was Vertical or Yen that snagged it when i went looking to see if Vol 1 had come out yet last week.

Based on the excitement in the comments section, I'm definitely going to give Komi-san and Beastars a look when they hit store shelves. MHA Smash sounds like a fun time too, and I'm already obsessed with MHA.

Komi-san is wonderful. It's filled with heart and great characters. I'm very happy that Viz picked this one up.

I was wondering why Beastars wasn't licensed the other day. Viz could have a hit on their hands, especially if it gets an anime in the near future.

Woah, was kinda surprised that Bestars got licensed. Glad it did though. More award-winning manga should come overseas.

Is this kind of like a manga that is furry fandom-friendly? I don't follow that stuff, but I am just asking.
