For anyone with the time and interest, check out some Rider and Sentai series and pay attention to a certain sloped roadway.
In Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, this was the site where Kujo Kiriya/Kamen Rider Lazer tragically died in episode 12. For Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger, this slope was used in a fight scene with the monster of the week. In Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger, AkibaRed visits the same slope and begins having nostalgia over scenes that were shot there. It's been proven Toei have used the same locales over and over, but not many bring it up. I figure too that directors are finding ways to make old areas feel new by placing the camera at different points or angles to draw attention away and prevent deja vu. |
