Wrong credits for Momoe Matsumura... I guess?

So, here's this seiyuu, Momoe Matsumura, who apparently made her debut in 2018

And got her debut TV anime role in ep. 1 of Dr. Stone

In her ANN profile, she is also credited for episode 3 of Watamote (2013). I checked the credits for TV version, she isn't there.

As I have noted in the source, she only appears in the Blu-ray version of the credits:
