So 3 people lost their jobs because of a "fling" yet she remains employed.

So much for equal outcomes.. yay 2019!

And I think you missed the part where the others pointed out that it takes two to tango.

Plus iirc, they were members of Hirano's band. It just means they could no longer work with her in her band. I don't follow the guys so I don't know what they did after that, but I don't imagine this ended their music careers.

Aya Hirano has been appearing in stage musicals the past couple of years in japan; anyone who has seen the Extravagance of Haruhi DVD will see that she pretty clearly was never marketed as an Idol (if she ever was - that would of been a serious marketing mistake.) I think her solo albums are more in the genre of riot grrrl than anything else - even some of the Haruhi stuff is in the pop punk vein; the Imaginary Enoz album is absolutely fantastic (which I would put in the hard rock crossover punk genre.)
