I remember reading this title long time ago Never finished but That Girl with the crow is always easily recognizable by her design

I've read all of it, but it did take an eternity, because I started back in 2001 with the first few volumes and always had to wait a year or two for the next volume to be published.

I agree, she has a very distinc design. It looks like the anime adaption is quite faithful to Kei Toume's art, which reminds me a bit of the art from Hiroaki Samura.
