If it was for me I wouldn't even let them do them in Japan to begin with, with Fukushima still a mess and the very real possibilty of a vast-scale earthquake disaster at anytime.
Postponing [like they did] was the least they could and should do. but NOT in the summer.
We are all counting down for the big one to hit California, and the Bay area and Southern California get swept out into the Pacific Ocean.
The West Coast has several volcanoes.
Lets not forget about the super volcano caldera at Yellowstone.
No Olympics for the U.S. either, just too dangerous.
