Crunchyroll has Cardcaptor Sakura and Kill la Kill, so that means CR may lose streaming rights to CCS and KlK due to Funi like with Durarara and Silver Spoon.

Crunchyroll never had Card Captor Sakura or Kill la Kill in the UK(and Ireland?), for which region this news refers.

Really? I didn't see any references to regions, just "Funimation."

the article doesn't mention it, but only the UK funi account announced these titles. which makes sense because all three of these are already streaming on funi in North America

Yes, the article it self could be clearer, but it's categorised under the UK news stream. You'll see the UK's flag on the news front page of you come into it from there.
