If anyone's wondering, that is their son Makuru. He was revealed in the special chapter that came after volume 10, in a 10-year time-skip.

Between this and Takagi-san and a few others, I'm really appreciating how the comedy/romcom genre is finally "growing up" and letting enough time pass w/ the characters to develop beyond the initial premise.
