“Like the Clouds, Like the Wind” and “Ocean Waves” should be movies?

According to the new anime submission form, feature-length TV movies should have the “(movie)” type, not “(special)”, which is reserved for shorter one-off TV programs.

Going on that rule, both Like the Clouds, Like the Wind (#2041) and Ocean Waves (#1094) are therefore incorrect in currently having the “(special)” type.
