I would prefer a collection of all 3 games, and a HD remaster for the 4th game.

Considering Orta is already backwards compatible on Xbox One & Series X/S, Sega probably figures that's good enough. Especially since it's enhanced graphically on those systems(that's why there are 2 versions in people's digital library, if they own it).
