I mean, I get where you're coing from, but that's the same argument people make when they try to ban books that have the N word in it like Adventures of Huckleberry Finn or To Kill a Mocking Bird. I'm not saying it's right or wrong either way, but saying "context matters" is a pretty standard argument against banning books in schools and it doesn't seem to convince many people. They still just view it as saying the N word and don't care about the context or cultural relevancy of the material. I think it'd be even less effective when it comes to actual pictures and videos of objectionable material, since text is often given a lot more leeway than actual visual depictions are.
