Kind of disappointed that James didn't get Hand Shakers 3 but I guess it got forgotten in the face of the absolute trainwreck that EX-Arm promises to be

I'm a little disappointed that Non Non Biyori Season 3 didn't get picked up for weekly reviews.
It's understandable that it didn't - its extremely difficult to talk weekly about a light slice of life/CGDCT/hangout show, and it's similar enough to the first two season where you can say you know what you're getting yourself into. That being said, it's still very good. I hope people watch it. |

I’m glad Rebecca will be reviewing Heaven’s Design Team. Was not expecting it to make it in weekly reviews. Also looking forward to Kemono Jihen.
Will also be reading the reviews for: Boonies, Spider, Cells at Work!! And Code Black, EX-ARM(lol), TPN S2, Jujutsu Kaisen and Dr. Stone. Will get round to Wonder Egg Priority once I feel better... |

All of the shows I voted for got in, as well as those I didn't vote for but thought enough people watch they should probably be included as well, and even some I somewhat wanted but didn't vote for to increase the chances of my sure picks. Basically perfect schedule IMHO.

So Ex-arm is the only bad anime getting reviews. Sad. I only like reading reviews for terrible anime

There's nobody left on staff who has seen much of any Non Non Biyori to be able to review episodes of the new season?

To get picked up for weekly reviews (AIUI) two conditions have to be met: A) it has to get enough votes, and B) it has to have a reviewer willing to tackle it. I'm betting it failed "A". That being said, that's kinda sad... Because quite often there's so much more to Non Non Byori than just being a "light slice of life/CGDCT/hangout show". (Think Candy Store helping Renge learn to ride a bike, or the death of the class pet.) Paul Jensen is did a bang up job of covering these during Non Non Biyori Repeat. |

Really a bummer that theron has only 2 new shows to review from this season. I would have loved seeing his input on someother fantasy/isekai shows this season. Welp at least he got mushoku tensei, this'll be a delight to follow his reviews one the anime, as most of the time he's fair and his insight is pretty good (as long the source material is not too rushed "index III")
