David Lynch is one of the most creative filmmakers, and his distinguishable characters would have made this a great film. Of course, they would have likely cast out all the Asian characters. Regardless, it would have been an interesting film.

Guillermo Del Toro last had the Domu adaptation rights, but the Looper guy 'beat' him to it.
