At this point I won't be surprised if the Princess Snow Kaguya musical gets delayed again especially if they have plans for international performances like some of the last couple of musicals.

I think theres a reasonable chance it will go ahead perhaps with restrictions on seating capacity.
There has been a number of live concerts / musicals that have taken place seemingly with no major spread of infection. Heck even Aquors is planning an outdoor live in May...
