I wonder if it'll just be expanding on the manga or maybe adapt the story with a different ending? Or same ending.

Just removed a troll and disrespectful post.

Ending of an anime will affect differently to each one of us... so please stay respectful still, as they have their own perspective on it Smile

It would be interesting to see where this goes; hope it's not juast a rehash of the source material.

I'm really into the idea of each media format having a different winning girl in each. Even though spoiler[I'm a total Yotsubro], I do think the other girls (with one particular exception) deserve a chance, and a harem manga like this where each of the girls gets equal spotlight pretty much has no other choice but to do the alternate-routes ending like Brothers Conflict or, albeit differently, We Never Learn. I actually think it's plausible to happen in the anime, given how Season 2 covers twice as much manga content as Season 1 and thus failing to adapt the crucial "That Boy and I" chapters that make the ending work. I've heard the film intends to adapt the rest of the manga, which I think is a double-edged sword since there's still 35 chapters left to adapt, but if they do intend to completely skip "That Boy and I", then the only girls who make sense as the winner are spoiler[Nino and Miku] based on what Season 2 prioritized. And of course, I hope these light novels do the same and have yet another different winning girl, and maybe even another VN with yet ANOTHER one? (not sure how you'd get the fifth girl in, so hopefully the one left out is spoiler[Ichika]).
