Since I have no interest in even looking at the other conversation...
My expectations for the new Kirby game are in-line with what we got from Mario Odyssey, which when you think about it, was the most Kirby-like Mario game we've had, with the copy-an-enemy's-power hat trick. Kirby will have some different movement abilities, but doesn't seem like it will be fundamentally that different, though I'm not sure if it will be more of the sandbox or objective-based levels. And, yes, I very much liked Mario Odyssey. I'll probably get the new Kirby game near launch if it turns out well. |
