How to create a page for a new anime?

I was wanting to create a page for a specific anime and I don't know how. can anybody help me?

Unfortunately, the addition of new anime must be curated by staff. You can leave a suggestion for adding an anime here, but please make sure it isn't already in the encyclopaedia.
