I know RSS is dead, but can one be created one for the daily streaming reviews? If one already exists, can the URL be posted here?

You can find a list of RSS feeds (including daily streaming reviews) at animenewsnetwork.com/newsfeed/ (from the menu: News > Newsfeed)

I'm open to suggestions on how to make this more obvious, since browsers appear to have removed the RSS icon from the url bar.

As for making it more discoverable, I don't think its worth the effort, RSS has definitely been left behind.

I'm using the daily episode review rss feed and it doesn't seem to be updating properly. The latest update is from Feb 6:
