thing is : it is hard to differentiate such stuff from being just a guy with some time or real threats that can cause danger

Honestly, I'm glad Japan takes this stuff more seriously, but I don't think the guy ever meant any harm. I'm not suggesting he should be let off the hook though. Actions have consequences.

I wouldn't take that chance I mean look what happened to KyoAni 3 years ago and its a similar situation
