Who? The YouTuber a.k.a copyright troll? She(?) Doesn't seem to be a touhou fan or anything, her channel is filled with 10 minutes waterfalls. She doesn't use the yukkuri in her vids, at best she uses voice synthesizer to talk but the avatar is still not Yukkuri. |

The trademark office is supposed to give a time period when anybody can put forward reasons for objections to the trademark being filed
