Its seem all the new Anime don't have a Genre. I use it to look for Genre Anime. Is there a reason why they stopped?

The genres simply haven't been added by any one yet. The encyclopedia is collaborative, so you can log in and add genres to the anime yourself for the ones that you are familiar with.
