I thought that maybe the reason they didn't get SotS and 3 was because of the exclusivity deal between Noitamina and Amazon Prime, but TPN and Sarazanmai were licensed by Funi and Given was licensed by Crunchyroll that same year. Maybe they were trying as some last ditch effort to make anime licensing successful or something?

Yeah, that is an old Hollywood marketing trick. Sadly, it still works because at the moment the name " by Gen Urobuchi" is associated with success (they pulled this on the new RWBY show as of recent), no matter how much Gen Urobuchi actually cares about the production to pry himself away from that puppet show.
That is why my biggest concern is whom is doing the writing to this and whom is the head writer, which are not mentioned here.

It's been 1027 days since episode 1 of Psycho Pass 3 was released. That's 1027 days without an english dub and that makes me sad.

2012 does not feel like 10 years ago to me. It still feels like it was 4 or 5 years ago.
