I honestly can't believe it. Someone stabbing another guy because they disagreed on an anime song? It's so crazy and insane. I also agree that this clown should get a lengthy prison sentence. He deserves it.

It's unbelievable that people are joking about something as serious as murder. It's disgusting and brings to mind the elitist attitude in anime fandoms online.

Most of what I read was shock that something like this would happen at all, and wishing for the full recovery of the victim and for the festival to return next year.
An anime song festival is no place for anti-social or worse behaviour.

Absolutely psychotic. Sadly, it reminds me of the Star Wars fans who got into literal fistfights in the US; when those leaving the movie spoiled things for other fans waiting in line.

Joking and having laugh about murder has nothing to do with elitist attitude in anime fandoms, but rather is simple human nature, which happens everywhere, not just the anime landscape.
