This is not an Eroge, if you are reading it for that you will be severely disappointed. The game this world was based on might have had it's Eroge elements. But the real world doesn't have the time for it.
This light novel series is not for the faint of heart, nor for the innocent. Maniacs with Death Wishes, pretty much says everything needed. Consensual and non-consensual organ (all organs) swapping, finger transplanting, body horror for body damage from battle, rapid healing and rapid regenerating), spoiler[you learn how minions are grown], kidnapping of children to become minions, brainwashing and corruption. Imagine if the powerhouses of the Cultists and of the Theocracy are like superheroes and supervillains, even the B teams have significant power. So what would you do, if you were reincarnated, spoiler[as a vat grown minion]. Surrounded by maniacs with death wishes or worse. There is some pathos here, when you realize that many of the maniacs were little girls when they were taken or rescued by the cult. This is a very dark light novel, but it has a story and it has its secrets. I have read all four light novel volumes.out currently. I liked it and will pick up future novels. This is a very dark and mature title, there is a lot that many people will not like. |

I was wondering, why I couldn't find this series on it's own publisher website, considering Hanashi Media offers DRM free volumes of their other series on their own website. I couldn't find a direct attribution, so take the following for what it is worth, supposedly they do it to be brand friendly. This title is a Hanashi Media publication, but they don't offer it on their own website, considering how dark it is.
