Hi, I'm new here name is Chris 27yo, I live in Penrith (western Sydney). would like to meet Otaku living near me. favourite series Neon Genesis, Full Metal Alchemist BH, DBZ, cowboy bebop, code Geass, Gurren Lagann.

I used to live in Western Sydney too wanderer86, I preferred my selection of anime stores there to what I have now.

Managed to visit Japan a few times and see a few music of anime acts:

August 2011 - Animelo Summer Live 2011 day 1 & 2;

July 2012 - No Nukes 2012 day 1 and Chiaki Ishikawa solo live;

August 2012 - Nana Mizuki in Akita and Aomori plus Animelo Summer Live 2012 day 1 & 2;

December 2012 - January 2013 - Angela, Anison Big 3, FictionJunction, Chiaki Ishikawa;

May 2013 - Yuki Kajiura Live vol. #10 "Kaji Fes" and Ginga Kikoutai Majestic Prince in-store live featuring Natsumi Kon and Chiaki Ishikawa;

August - September 2013 - Animelo Summer Live 2013 day 1 & day 2 & day 3, Kalafina with others, Chiaki Ishikawa, Ayane with Aira Yuuki, Kaori Oda.

If you get the chance, it's a great experience.
