@The King of Harts: Who is this WTK poster? I have zero familiarity with the community there, so that so-called confirmation matters little to me. The only way I see it being a good assumption to make about the LE set is that the "gift" neatly feats under the acronym of PostCard 1/2/3... which is closer than PVC figure  . I'm actually already satisfied on the postcard front for Madoka-- I got a "Happy Holidays" one featuring Madoka + an advertisement for the LE on the back this past winter break.
On the "plus side," at least my excitement of the gift is being brought down to generally lower levels for this so-called gift. But even then, I'm still hoping that it's be something actually special-- maybe a lenticular postcard would be nice (that's the kind that generates a 3D effect, right? Never been into those, though, and something tells me that could look kinda awkward with 2D Madoka). However, I would much rather prefer it being new art, somehow never before seen (like those new pieces of official art that premiere in Japanese anime magazines)... yet seeing how that even couldn't be managed for the LE box, something tells me that even this might be asking for too much.

I guess it depends on how you look at it. In this case, the "special" is more or less dealing with the special occasion of Valentine's Day.
