Well the cars/tracks looked pretty good, but to be fair, the weapons that pop out of the car near the end of the trailer looked poor. Not terrible, but not 2008 quality. They didn't blend well or seem to have realistic lighting etc; it was easy to tell they were cgi. No idea how often the graphics will look like that though from just this little trailer. Again, this could be a stylistic move.

I can almost guarantee that *some* critic will use this tagline:

Days of Thunder meets Charlie and the Chocolate Factory...

Anyway, the movie just looks a really cool psychedelic trip,I'm looking forward to it.

This script review I found off Dark Horizons also has a mixed opinion of the film.

Character posters.

Some tv spots got posted here.
The EW article is here, courtesy of KFCC.

Fairly self-serving, but a featurette
got linked. And no, you don't have to sign up for the service.

[Edit: No need to post 3 in a row, just edit the new info in your previous post if it's still the last one in there. - Keonyn]

Thats looks really crappy. I don't like the art style. Its like Batman & Robin (the one with Mr. Freeze) mixed with Ultraviolet... which are two of the worst films to come out in the past 10 years.

It seems like its very kiddie with all the flashing lights and bright colors. And the racing scenes looked really bad imo. Everything is blatantly CGI and wouldn't fool anybody for an instant. I hate bad CGI because it instantly takes me out of a scene. I hated it in Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions and it doesn't seem like those guys have gotten any better since then.

Have you ever even seen the original show? Confused It was about as "kiddie" as it gets. If anything, they're making it a thousand times cooler than it ever was.

I have a feeling the cartoony look of the CGI is what they were aiming for. It is based on a kids cartoon afterall.

Uh oh! Used the forbidden C-word! Shocked
