Eventually, I'll pick up InuYasha: The Final Act, much like I still want to pick up the sets for the original series. But since I've only seen bits and pieces of The Final Act and not the whole thing (I've been waiting for the dub, since the sub actually annoys me; maybe it's just because I'm just so used to the dub), it's a little lower on my list.

However, I'm glad to see Viz is picking it up on the release of the Naruto movies, and there's only a one year gap between releases instead of two. While I'm not collecting the sets for the TV series, I like the movies and I'll be picking up Will of Fire if Walmart decides to carry it.

WTF? The Blu-ray is $50 and yet the DVD is only $27. Why the hell is the Blu-ray almost double in price? =/

I'm a little apprehensive about ordering that InuYasha: Final Act set knowing VIZ, and how they apparently hate my money. I think I'll wait until the the second set is announced just to be safe.

These are the known upcoming reprices from Viz Media (some online retailers have already updated the respective MSRPs). It wouldn't surprise me if we see more from them (catalog titles) later this year.

Courtesy of some sort of unadvertised Viz Media sale (also @ DeepDiscount.com) and the upcoming MSRP reduction (from $69.97 to $24.98).

Will ship in 5-10 business days (which means they are currently not in-stock)

Wonder if the older Bleach box sets with get a MSRP reduction anytime soon? And along with the Inuyasha ones? I don' think they're letting go of those licenses any time soon.

I guess anything is possible. We may see more MSRP reductions from any Viz Media catalog titles later this year.

I really don't see Viz losing money by doing this. In fact, they might make more money off the titles with them being priced-down.

Bleach Movie 4 I will definitely pick up. No real rush though, since December's gonna be a busy month.

Would explain why RightStuf was having the older sets selling for $10 a piece, to get rid of old stock.

Haha, they are actually still priced at $10. Anime hyper But I don't think so considering they kept going back and forth between "More Arriving Soon!" and "In Stock" since the sale first appeared. If they were trying to get rid of what they had in stock it wouldn't make sense to continuously order more sets to sell at $10 a box.
