I think it's safe to say that at this moment in Japan some dork is quoting that line as he stuffs his face with noodles.

I can't imagine that the food in these places is all that great though; probably something like a Japanese Denny's.

I thought I remembered them explaining it, but according to wikipedia, they don't say so in the anime, but it means Link Connect Liquid in the manga. Maybe...

Actually, the creators specifically stated that it did not mean Link Connect Liquid...

Anyway, I'm more than a tad disturbed. Seriously, who would pay for this...and who had the idea in the first place?
