Are they going to have a code for that or is it automatically taken off? I don't pay enough attention to the Siren site to notice if the prices changed.

During the holidays it was a code you entered into a box during checkout. The code was displayed on the front page of the website.

Will probably pick up Higurashi and Hig Kai in the upcoming sale. Thanks for the info. Hopefully I remember this weekend.

Awesome. Also just looked out of curiosity and it seems that now is a very good time to take advantage of the favorable currency exchange. This sale is definitely well timed for me. Will have to see what else they have that I can order.

Looks like I may do my first anime importation from Oz (or importing of anything, actually) even though I do not yet have an all-region player or VLC downloaded. Details.

Dennou Coil and When They Whine 2 or virtually definites. Hakaba Kitaro is a strong maybe. Black Rock Shooter is a maybe. Kaiba is an, uhhhh, maybe? Welcome to Irabu's Office is a long shot.

I'd love to own all of Monster, but I think I'll roll the bones and hope that SV comes out with, if not a single complete set, at least something in fewer than 5 parts.

So just in case people don't remember the time zone difference (I know I've missed a Siren Visual sale once because I forgot), the current time in South Melbourne, Australia, which is where Siren Visual is located, is Saturday, March 14 1:24 AM. So you should be able to use the sale code now.

This makes them 15 hours ahead of me (EST). I can't order later than 9 AM on Sunday.

That may be true for you and the rest of you lot, willag, but *I* exist in a special time-continuum wherein my time corresponds exactly to the same time anywhere on Earth.

...

Okay, not really - thanks for head's up because I had totes not factored in the "upside down on the other side of the planet" thing.

eta: huh, whaddaya know. I ended up ordering all 6 titles listed above. With the 40% discount and shipping came to $204.85 AUD which is about $200 CAD, apparently. I certainly hope the package is delivered by kangaroo...

Pretty much got everything I wanted that I hadn't imported yet from Siren.

All of Monster, Higurashi & Kai, Trapeze, Genius Party Box, a 2nd copy of Kaiba, along with the DRRR BD set. Now unless Madman actually has a sale then I think I'm good for Aussie imports for quite awhile.

At this moment @ 9.58am on Saturday, I'm at work here in South Melbourne (though not with Siren Visual). I could walk there.

BTW, the Australian Grand Prix is happening across the road.

I feel like I'm at the centre of the universe.

Okay, so due to all you raving about it, the coupon code, and me being a Madhouse fan I just blind bought both seasons of Chihayafuru. Hopefully I end up liking it, it's a genre I usually don't go for.
