Adv usually relises anime on dvd than tv. Funanimation is the one who usually puts anime on tv than they put it on dvd. Don they? Shocked Confused

no, the only thing from FUNI that was put on TV first was Dragonball and Dragonball Z.

FUNI dosent put all their stuff on TV, where did you people get that idea!? The only reason Blue Gender was put on TV was because someone from Adult Swim saw it and was intrested.

I'll be happy either way and think its more likely that adv will get it. I'd prefer funimation get it. Well I watched season one up to ep 7 and have read some of the manga to I hope they hurry and get it out on dvd

haha sorry

Alright, as I see it funimation is grabbing or may be grabbing a lot of new 'mature' series. So at that it seems to me that they are creating a new niche market of sorts. Like seinen or I spose bakuretsu tenshi is more shonen.

Although with the preview of ep 12 it seems to me that it might be a shoujo ai. <.< I am not truly sure yet.

Well no matter, any thoughts on this?

When someone made a list about what anime FUNimation has not put on tv. Tenchi Muyo! GXP is supposed to air on Cartoonetwork. No one knows when that'll happen though.(AIC(sp?)'s site mentioned about it)

If that's the best complaint that people can come up with for FUNi now then they can do any title they want as far as I'm concerned.

Gen Fukunaga said himself that they attempt to get every one of their properties on TV.

Looked all over that site only to find no proof. Tenchi airs on International Channel nowadays anyway.

If you talking about VHS days then you should look at DBZ.Its look exactly how it is now on DVD Shocked

but seriously ADV has gotten alot better.

GetBackers 49 ep on 10 disc
Gravion,Happy Lesson,Mezzo TV,Aquarian Age 13-14ep on 3 disc.
and some more that I can't remember right now.
