Still waitin' for no. 5, because Amazon still thinks my additional order of Appleseed 4 will make it by December. I did like part 4, though, even though Shinichi's classmate was an idiot.

I swear this was the first manga book I ever picked up at a bookstore. Oddly enough I cannot seem to find it anywhere now except a few specialty stores.
After reading a few books from the beginning and the final one, I found the overall story depressing in a way that did not allow me to appreciate the action and suspense sequences as exciting. I will not spoil anything, but as the story progresses with every tome I felt things only got worse for the protagonist. |

Great Review
I loved Parasyte. I especially appriciate it's "old" style. I have read all the chapters and the manga is fantastic. spoiler[In the end, the 5-part parasyte is killed by a poisoned stick/pipe-thing] |
