Watch Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! Anime's Cast Perform Opening Theme

These days, anime voice actors are multi-talented, and they often perform the theme songs for their shows. However, anime intros and outros are animated, so fans don't usually get to see the actors actually perform the songs. Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! anime fans are in luck, though, because the show's voice actor singing group WATATEN!☆5 just debuted a music video for the opening theme song "Kimama na Tenshi-tachi" (Carefree Angels).
WATATEN!☆5 consists of Maria Sashide, Rika Nagae, Akari Kitō, Hitomi Ohwada, and Naomi Ōzora. The group's roles in the anime are as follows:
- Maria Sashide as Hana Shirosaki
- Rika Nagae as Hinata Hoshino
- Akari Kitō as Noa Himesaka
- Hitomi Ohwada as Koyori Tanemura
- Naomi Ōzora as Kanon Konomori
The group is also performing the ending theme song "Happy Happy Friends." The single featuring both songs will ship on January 30.
The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX on January 8.
