New Young Animal Zero Magazine Launches on September 9

This year's 14th issue of Hakusensha's Young Animal magazine revealed on Friday that Hakusensha will launch a new sister magazine to Young Animal named Young Animal Zero. The tagline notes that the magazine will center on manga about "fighting young men (seinen)." The magazine will launch on September 9.
Hakusensha will publish the new magazine every other month. Authors who will feature in the magazine include: Gaku Kuze (Uramichi Oniisan), Rensuke Oshikiri (Hi Score Girl), So-He- Inaba (Heisei Policemen!!), Hoshi Okamura (Love Love Alien), Merō Meiji, Kaoru Inai, and Asumu Matsumoto.
Author Arata Miyatsuki (Impossibility Defense) and artist Ochau will also launch a new manga in the magazine.
The Young Animal magazine debuted in 1992, and new issues ship every second and fourth Friday of every month. The magazine publishes or has published such manga as Berserk, Futari H, March comes in like a lion, Detroit Metal City, Asobi Asobase, Ai Yori Aoshi, Air Gear, Ueno-san wa Bukiyō, Nobunaga no Shinobi, and Record of Grancrest War, among others.
