Very sad to hear this Sad Her voice work for the character is iconic and I can't imagine anyone else giving the character justice.

Well, I knew this was going to happen from last May. I just didn't know when. Very unfortunate, but understandable. Thank you for making Monokuma amazing. As for Tarako, while her voice sounds good, it seems...how do I put it? Lighter than Oyama's voice.

It certainly does.
Doraemon was a huge influence in Japan so there is no lack of people that can imitate his (very similar to Monokuma's) voice so I would have preferred if they gave one of those a chance. My personal favorite is https://twitter.com/mazaemon1989

at least they got someone with experience with these kind of characters.
TARAKO is also the voice of Zero the Third in Virtue's Last Reward.

So, this is getting another season? If so, do you think funimation will broadcast dub this new season? Seeing as they got the first one and dubbed it.

Considering Oyama's condition, it's was expected that it would happen someday. TARAKO's Monokuma sounds close, but his voice is higher now. Actually, he sounds cuter than before.

It's possible, but this is a little different than being a new season. The first show was just an adaption of the first game. This show is canon to the games instead, and is set both before and after the second game. They might get it still, but anyone just going from the first show to this is probably going to be confused.

Anyway, it's a shame they couldn't get 3 out before the switch happened, since V3 (the new game) would be a good place to switch actors due to it being in a new universe. But, y'know, health's a thing. And the new voice sounds fine, too.

New Monokuma voice too slacking and feel like less annoying than older one..
