does this game even exist anymore? the only news i ever hear about it is that its getting delayed.

Oh my God does anybody even expect this to come out at all anymore? I remember being hype when I heard about it, street fighter x tekken woukd have been great if not for the dlc problems. But the tekken counterpart... Seriously anyone here who still waited for this?

Street Fighter X Tekken sucked anyway. I can't see TxSF to be any better even with the different team.

I bet they realized that after putting Akuma/Gouki in Tekken 7 that Street Fighter characters are OP when given Tekken style movement.

The first crossover came and went, they've realized it's time for them to just cut their losses and move on to more worthwhile projects.

IIRC back in the day Harada had said work on this game was being put on hold because they were focusing on making Tekken Tag Tournament 2 as good as possible (which it was, so fair enough), Then after some silence they announced Tekken 7 which was when I realized this game was likely not coming out anytime soon if ever.

Not really. Half the characters in Tekken would get stomped on my SF character, but the second half would destroy any SF character not Akuma. |

One game was always confirmed for 2016, the other in development hell. Obvious which of the two will release first. |

SFXT was absolutely horrendous... but I love Tekken so I got it... I was waiting for this but I guess there's 7 coming out sometime eventually anyway so I don't mind.
It'd be great to see my fave SF characters like the Tekken character models though. |
