Luci Christian as Ochako? I was kind of expecting Alexis Tipton since she's Funimation's go-to girl for the Moe girls.

I can't help but think casting Sabat as All Might is lazy and on-the-nose. At least cast Ian Sinclair or J. Michael Tatum.

Luci Christian! Love her! I prefer subs, but I've watched a number of dubs simply because of her.

Wish this was on toonami, would be easier to watch it on tv then on their website. Hopefully funimation gets their own tv channel.

Sabat as All Might is the safest and easiest possible choice and I don't think I could be any more disappointed on that end.
If this was 5 years ago, I would've said the same for Luci Christian as Ochaco, but since it's been such a long time since I've heard her play a major character in a Funi dub, it's actually kind of refreshing. |

Seriously. Funimation's apps are for shit. I tried watching the dub of Blood Blockade Battlefront (last episode) on my PS4, and it took 30 minutes of buffering before I gave up (at that point, I only reach minute 5 of the episode). Then, I logged into their site on my computer to watch the episode, and it still buffered! I had to wait 30 minutes for the full episode to load in SD. My gosh. 8 bux a month to watch a loading screen. |

My Hero Academia getting a broadcast dub was a forgone conclusion when the license was announced. I am currently not following the subbed simulcast, but a strong dub is a good incentive to watch it.
Maybe my internet connection is more stable, but I have been generally satisfied watching Funimation shows with their PS3 app. And I imagine MHA is going to air on Toonami soon. |

Some Interesting casting choices from Funimation I haven't heard Luci in a Funimation dub for a while and Sabat as All Might fits him like a glove I sure as hell can't wait to watch the first episode all over again in English.

Really? She was most recently in the Parasyte dub that's airing on Toonami (well it's on re-runs now, but still). |
