If only we could have separate quiet and noisy theaters here in America.

Honestly sometimes duels would be over much quicker if they just used magic cylinder or the like, I understand the reasons why you wouldn't want to use it in the show, but come on that's one way of winning

So is the special frame exclusive to just in the theater or will it be in the BD release? Find out next time on The Dark Side of Dimensions.

Hmm, sometimes I forget just how different cultures can be that even watching movies is different. I mean, cheering and blurting comments is something that's always been present whenever I go to a theater, and I love it (as long as its within reason.) Even just yesterday when I went to see Civil War there were a bunch of "Team Cap! Team Iron Man!" Makes it feel like we're all in this together.

P.S. Team Iron Man!

So far as I know, cinemas in Malaysia also tend to be pretty quiet during screening and most people just tried hard not to cough or do anything distracting but laughing happened a lot so far whenever I'm around since a lot of movies I watched have many comedic moments. So to say, most people that watched cinemas here as through my personal view still can at least have some sort of freedom during the watch, at least in the term of laughter. Laugh is one of the best medicine. I'll myself personally like to keep it quiet whenever I watched something even on a laptop, unless there's moment that called for certain outburst of expression.

A rare moment to explode in uncontrollable laughter and yell out a summoning of *insert card name*. Wink

I would only go to a noisy screening after I aready saw the movie in a quiet theater that way I'll know what going on and can let loose without having to worry if I missed something important. Wink

Anyone remember the disaster that was The Oogieloves in the Great Balloon Adventure, whose marketing encouraged the kids watching to get up, jump around, and dance to the movie?

Though it looks like that level of rowdiness is off-limits for these screenings. Thank goodness.

Pepperidge Farm doesn't Wink

But that just sounds like a bad idea.

It was. Despite the wide release screening (or attempt thereof), Oogieloves barely made back $1 million at the box office and is the record worst wide-release performance adjusted for inflation. Theater owners and staff got fed up with the kids' antics and pulled the movie out of their theaters as quickly as they were allowed to.

^ I know Toni Braxton was desperate for a check given how fate wasn't kind to her music career after 90's and early 00's but Chazz Palminteri, Cloris Leachman, & Cristopher Llyod on the otherhand should've known better.

I'm always reminded of this anecdote of this american actor whose name I can't remember who was surprised about the audience being very quiet at a premiere in Tokyo and ended up being worried because he thought it meant the audience didn't like the movie. Only afterwards was he told that it was actually a sign of respect.

It's the same thing for concerts and sports events.
