Huh? I don't see the episode being streamed anywhere. Do you mean the trailer?

No that is the first episode. Anime on "Oha-Suta" are only 90 seconds long, and they each play more like a trailer than an episode, where it's not a fully linear plot (scenes get skipped, etc.).
