While not 'officially' released here in the west. Myself (cchhunter) and the people over at SnoopyCool DID do a scanlation of it for the other website I work with, The Metroid Database.
When I went to Japan and picked these up (two copies, one to rip apart for scanlation and the other for my collection), I couldn't think of a better way to contribute to my favorite game
