Rescue themed Rider looks like Toei want put a fight with Tomica Heroes Rescue Force

Going from a Rider fighting from beyond the grave, to a Rider that is potentially saving lives, as one possible concept. Just imagine if this came after Drive instead of Ghost, or say if Ghost came after Gaim.
