In b4 CG hate.
I can't wait. Berserk is one of those series where I've given hope of ever finishing but every time there's a new release, be it an anime or chapter, I can't help but find myself grinning. |

After re watching the trailer...i can confirm the lost children arc will be adapated as well...they are very brief and subtle but if u look closely there are few scense from that arc in the trailer.
If u still have doubts...than i cant point out the biggest clue..if u look at the end where there is that large mass of corpses walking like ball..it is the same one from chapter 120 and 121 of the manga...go check it out to confirm it. |

Oh my goddo, I'm confirmed that I can't handle CG and its robotic movement. But I will sit through it if it's about the BL love story between Guts and Griffith.

I can't wait for the show but I'm really sadden by all the hate even before the premiere. Ajin & Knights of Sidonia are really good shows after you acclimate to the cg. Knight of Sidonia cg was more jarring than Ajin & I thought it was downright ugly in spots, but again once you get past it it is really enjoyable. As for Ajin I ended up liking the cg (gasp!!!) but it's narrative & pacing is really what makes it shine. The Berserk trailers look cool to me though there is not enough to say if I will like it or not. I hope people will give it a fair shake even if cg hate is all the rage because even if the cg is mediocre the narrative can carry the show if it is executed well. I'm going in to the premiere cautiously optimistic & hope others will also.

Wow, that OP is an even more egregious example of whiny, twelve-year-old-with-a-cold vocals ruining powerful, engaging instrumentation than "Guren no Yumiya". Who writes a metal-styled song with thundering drums and blistering guitar leads and gets an asthmatic chihuahua to sing it? High-pitched, powerful, strident vocals can sound great – look at Rob Halford or Bruce Dickinson – but the vocal performance here has all the energy of a starving cat using the last breath in its ruined, shattered body to complain about the door to its owners' bedroom being shut. I'm not a fan.

those sketch lines are super distracting... the cg looks even worse than i was anticipating. interesting how the busy scenes drop below 20 frames per second and hitch somewhat. what a pity, they just can't do this series justice it seems.

I wonder if I will watch, the animation doesn't look great and those omnipresent sketch lines are super ugly.
