I'm playing it for a few months now (It launched in march in germany) and the fighting system is pretty cool 
But it's pay to win, so if you want to check it out keep in mind that it will be overloaded with "buy this event item" / "invest your money here" functions and events.
3 weeks ago we had an event to buy the second hokage for roughly 700€ and according to oasisgames some characters are worth more than 1500 euros.
So if they are following the same marketing strategy in their english version, prepare to pour your whole monthly income into the game since there are a lot of pvp functions and otherwise you'll be smashed by rich players xD

If they want to succeed, they may have to. Japanese don't typically play on PCs.

I would like a real one for the consoles xbox one and ps4 where you create your own ninja. No Mangekyou Sharingan just regular sharingan for balancing if you pick an Uchiha. You get to pick your primary affinity and your second chakra nature.

You can choose your own ninja, element, jutsus, outfit and more in this one
Your own character is written into the original story and currently in china the story goes until approx. episode 329 of shippuuden.
