What a meager hat. Her father must have been so disappointed.

My first thought when I read the headline was "I hope the main plot isn't about her looking for her missing father". Sheesh.

Huh, so Level-5is not ready to give up on this franchise just yet. I did notice each successive entry has been hit pretty hard by diminishing returns, though I don't know if it's because Curious Village was popular for its novelty or there just wasn't as big a marketing push as there used to be.

I'm glad it's not over yet though. But this series's ambiguous time period is still really weird, considering it uses real-life locations. I wonder if we'll see any advancements in technology.

Yeah, I'm a little disappointed about that too. I really wish that more games starring a previous character's child would actually have the parent around so we can have more fun family interactions. Having them "disappear" or die is just really boring.

She's pretty cute though, and now we know that eventually Layton has two children after the events of Unwound Future. My theory is that they're both adopted like Flora, though I don't think there's info that either confirms or denies this.

Well, looks like I'll have to actually finish the rest of the Layton games now. Lady Layton looks like it could be interesting.

It's not often that a title starring a female character pops up often; thus, Lady Layton has caught my interest. Smile

Cool, I like playing Layton games.

I notice that Horikita Maki was in the Layton movie, now, her best friend Kuroki Meisa is in this new game.

Who cares where father went? I want to know who her mother is! (Especially since the last game in the timeline was Unwound Future)

But yeah, that is kind of a predictable plot. I also wouldn't have minded if they switched the focus to Luke, but the character design isn't bad. I'm excited.
