Not much shown in the teaser but I wonder what studio will adapt it? My guess will be the same one (Gonzo) that adapted Kimi no Iru Machi.

Still don't see a purpose to animating this without a full adaption of Suzuka even if this could still work as a standalone.

Fūka: the manga where a boy begins to fall for a girl after she not only throws his cellphone away but also his backup cell because she thought he was looking up her skirt. Laughing

She shouldn't have been standing in high places. Confused

Yeh i feel the same wish they would adapt the 1st one fully and then move onto this one though as i know Suzuka has lots of chapters so they would probably a few seasons to cover it all unless they would skip tons of stuff and just rush it all till the end.

I don't see a point in adapting the rest of Suzuka before Fuuka because aside from the main character relations, Fuuka has little to do with anything that happened in Suzuka.

Seo and yet another short haired heroine; shocking. The only series of his I liked was the one with the mythical demon/beast harem. Oh...

Wow, that could have used an anime earlier, huh? Too late now.

This one? Yet another guy, yet another two heroines.

fuka?... fuuuka? ...fukaaa?

thats sounds... familiar... where have i heard this before?

*starts googling*
...
...
oh f*ck its that show!

To anyone here who dont know what its about stay far away it will break your heart.
This series's main genre is Tragedy, Tragedy.
the genres at MAL is a lie, this is what it should look like: Tragedy, Drama, Tragedy, Ecchi, Tragedy, Music, Tra-gee-dee, Romance, tragedy, School, TRAGEDY, Shounen, Tra-gee-f*cking-dee.

Dont let anything else fool you, prepare to either cry or rage.

still here? then let me spoil things for ya(be warned if you mouse over here theres no going back)
spoiler[see that blue haired girl, the one who looks like a main character and main love interest?
Yeah well she dies in truck accident. yes dead. not coma or some bullshit but dead. buried, or cremated i forget which. but dead. theres 0 chance of a pharmaceutical company coming up with a revival potion or cyborg body or dragon balls.
she's also the first daughter of Suzuka from the authors previous work, thats right FIRST daughter, as in the one that the readers saw being conceived(sorta) in the first one]

ok meltdown aside I've got really, complicated feelings about this, on one hand i want to finish the story, on the other hand i really really dont want to touch this story with a 10 foot pole ever again.

I have a feeling that Fūka's personality will probably be just as fiery as her mother's... Cool

So I read the first 100 chapters or so and gotta say i'm a little on edge about just how far they are going to be willing to go with adaption of the manga considering the events that transpire within the first 40 chapters or so. Personally, I wondered why this manga went on after that. It would have made for a less irritating story Imo.

While I have seen similar criticisms about Seo's manga before, say the same about a lot of other romance shounen or shoujo. On the flipside, I enjoyed Suzuka because the couple spoiler[actually does it around chapter 147 and get married in the final chapter].
