Looks good. I'm not surprised that A-1 is taking the project for adapting the series. Heard it will be 1 cour (12 episodes) too.

The monstrous boobs and the whiny looking (and sounding) protagonist turn me off. I'll probably skip this. Shame because I really like the character designs and ghosts and stuff.

Expected this based off the game music. <3 Kanako Itou. Also, yay more Mamiko Noto!

Hopefully better than Robotics;Notes. While it had a suitably interesting start it completely flew apart starting somewhere before the halfway point. Steins;Gate on the other hand was brilliant. And when we add Chaos;Head that was a trainwreck of a show through and through, there's bit of an uneven track record that should make people worry.

Ryoko's Hopes and Dreams are completely unreasonable!!

That aside, I feel like Steins;Gate was a one-hit homerun while the other "semicolon" series fail to make it past first base. Expectations are "cautious" at best for this latest entry.

The plot looks so massive in video form. Gotta watch this.

This summarizes my thoughts. I'm ... guardedly optimistic? I adored Steins;Gate and liked (though was underwhelmed by) Robotics:Notes, while I don't think I was even able to finish Chaos;Head. Here's to hoping we're closer to the upper end of their continuum of quality this time around, haha.

Maybe differences in staff within the agency make the difference and we could look to that for clues? I haven't ever really delved into the details of who made each of their three prior anime titles, and how the team compositions differed.

Considering Chiyomaru confirmed in an interview a few days ago that the sciadv series is a game within O;9 and A;N (a.k.a the SVN series) my levels of excitement for o;9 have dropped.

I really do wonder how far the anime will go, there's only 2 books out with a 3rd on the way, even if the books are quite a heavy read it's going to be one of those the anime will only cover part of the full story.
